An elegant and stylish country property designed by its owner, an international interior and landscape designer. The house has been finished to the highest standard with great attention to the details. The grounds have been beautifully landscaped with a lovely roses and lavender garden, an heated pool in front of the portico, various areas for dining or just relax. A welcome dinner is included.

A white private road leads to the property from the main road that goes from San Casciano dei Bagni to Trevinano. As you drive up the white road, in the middle of woodlands, you start to relax and enjoy the peace of the nature that surrounds you. The house appears in front of you with stunning views just beyond it.

The property has both internal and external staircase. Six bedrooms have air conditioning and wooden floors and the bathrooms are all fitted with baths with shower extensions.

Arrivals and Departures:

• Minimum stay is one week, maximum is four weeks.
• Arrivals: Saturday around 4pm
• Departures: Saturday at 9:30am

Prices:

Prices for this property are in US dollars. £ or € prices are indicative and are calculated at the exchange rate as per 10th March 2008, therefore they may be different at the time you book this property. We will communicate the exact amount in £ or € on the day the payment is due.

• 50 % deposit at the time of booking
• Balance due 10 weeks before arrival
• Security Deposit: $ 3.000 to be paid togehter with the balance
• Deposit: € 1.000 to be paid locally to the housekeeper

Extra charges:

These charges are not included in the rental price and must be paid locally to the owner or his representative:

• Heating (house + pool, at Euro 4,00 per meter unit)
• Telephone/internet connection (as per meter reading)

Other services that can be arranged:

• Extra hours for cooking and/or personal laundry can be arranged with the housekeeper for Euro 15 per hour + Euro 15 per hour for any of her assistants, if needed.
• Food and beverages should be paid for separately.
• Dinners and casual lunches can be prepared and served at the house for up to 14 people, upon due notice, every other day.
• A suggested "Tuscan" menu, in English and Italian, is always provided to guests.
